Roadside Assistance Product Features and Benefits
The following features and benefits to enrolled members:
- Roadside assistance calls will be handled by dedicated roadside assistance agents on a 24 hour, 7 days per week, 365 days per year basis.
- All drivers and cars in household are covered.
- Each enrolled member will have access to three sign & drive uses per year.
- Roadside assistance services in the cases of accident and non-accident related incidents.
- North American Service – An offer of roadside assistance services in all 50 US states and Puerto Rico as well as all 10 provinces of Canada. One of the only roadside assistance providers that has a US service network and Canadian service network on its agents’ desktops.
- Roadside assistance benefits include the following:
- Towing Service – To the nearest repair facility up to 25 miles per incident.
- Battery Jump / Minor Roadside Adjustments – Service will be provided to provide a battery jump and/or minor roadside adjustments to start a customer’s vehicle.
- Flat Tire Change – A flat tire will be changed with the customer’s spare tire.
- Fuel Delivery - An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to a covered vehicle.
- Vehicle Winching/Extraction – A covered vehicle will be winched if it is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow as long as it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway.
- Lock-Out Service - If a customer locks their keys in the vehicle or loses their keys, locksmith services will be provided to open the vehicle.
